No. You can create, animate, publish and share stories with your own images on every plan. Storyteller and Studio also support video uploads. AI credits are only used when you generate new images.
At launch, each successfully delivered image uses 10 credits, including supported 2K and 4K generation. Generating two delivered images uses 20 credits. If no image is delivered because the request fails or is rejected before delivery, Panel credits are not charged.
A genuinely new account receives one lifetime grant of 40 AI credits. Moving between Free and Storyteller does not create another grant. Studio adds 1,500 credits after each successful monthly payment. Unused Studio-period credits expire at the end of that billing period and do not roll over.
Cancellation stops the next monthly renewal. Your paid plan normally remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. You can cancel through the authenticated Polar Customer Portal. If downgrade - existing published projects, public links and embeds normally remain available for six calendar months after paid access ends. New uploads, projects and publications follow the Free limits. After the grace period, projects above your current limits may later be taken offline. They are not automatically deleted merely because the grace period ends.
Mandatory consumer rights always apply. Beyond those rights, refund requests are reviewed case by case through Panel support and Polar. Ordinary cancellation does not include a standard prorated refund, and unused AI credits are not redeemable for cash.
The website shows marketing prices in USD. Polar checkout shows the final billing currency, applicable taxes and total recurring price before purchase.
You may use content you own or have permission and a lawful basis to use. You are responsible for uploads, prompts, reference images, depicted people, brands, characters and your use of AI Outputs. The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits illegal, infringing, deceptive, exploitative and harmful use.
