Connecting the People Behind Comics
Comics are made in many different ways.
Sometimes a writer, illustrator, animator and publisher work together. Sometimes one person takes on every role. Panel is being built for both.
It is not meant to be only a collection of tools. It is a connected space where people and their talents can come together around a story. Writers can shape scenes and dialogue. Illustrators can develop the artwork. Animators can bring panels to life. Publishers can bring the work to its readers.
But collaboration is not a requirement. A solo creator can move through the same workflow independently, at their own pace, using only the parts that make sense for their project.
Whether a comic is created by one person or many, it depends on connections between ideas, skills and readers. Panel brings those connections into one place.
